Bankruptcy Professional Association

A Little Bit of History...

Around 2000, a small group of Southwest Florida bankruptcy professionals began meeting in the Section 341 meeting room, then located on First Street. These informal gatherings led to the incorporation of the Association in July 2002. Roger Waltemyer served as the Association’s first President, with Diane Jensen as Vice President, and officers Doug Szabo and Jeff Leasure.

Even before formal incorporation, the group had already established the tradition of an annual dinner with Judge Paskay.
